£65,000 - £75,000 + £6,000 Car Allowance + 15% Bonus Key Responsibilities of the Finance Business Partner:
Directly manage 3 Finance Managers, ensuring consistency in reporting across the Retail warehouse network Provide financial guidance for new projects, contract-wide reporting, and tracking project spend Drive financial activities that align with business objectives and improve operational performance Lead the training and development of new Finance Managers in the network, fostering a culture of growth and knowledge sharing Manage monthly reporting requirements Support Lean initiatives, project benefit tracking, and reporting improvements across the network Key Essentials of the Finance Business Partner:
ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified Strong budgeting, forecasting, and reporting knowledge Strong Excel skills and familiarity with financial systems At
