About the Company:

We have partnered with an iconic consumer products brand that is seeking an ambitious and dynamic Finance Business Partner. This role is crucial in driving the business forward and adding tangible value across the group.

Key Responsibilities:

Reporting Leadership:

Oversee the reporting process and develop a comprehensive suite of reports to identify key performance indicators (KPIs), metrics, and trends. Sales Reporting:

Maintain, monitor, and enhance sales reports up to the General Manager level, including daily, weekly, month-end, and ad-hoc reports. Collaboration:

Work closely with the Group to ensure timely meeting of deadlines. Stock Analysis:

Prepare and analyse stock reports. Budgeting and Forecasting:

Support the budgeting and forecasting processes, assisting in forecasts up to the GM level. E-Commerce Reporting:

Generate reports on e-commerce sales, margins, and trends. Power BI Integration:

Lead the integration of Power BI for enhanced reporting capabilities. Ad-Hoc Reporting:

Conduct ad-hoc reporting and analysis on distribution, warehouse, freight, and logistics. Key Requirements:

Qualifications:

Preferably a fully qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA). Finalists or those qualified by experience (QBE) will also be considered. Technical Skills:

Strong proficiency in systems and model building is essential. Analytical Skills:

Highly analytical with the ability to deeply understand and interpret financial data. Communication Skills:

Excellent communication skills, effective with both finance and non-finance colleagues. Power BI Experience:

Experience with Power BI is highly desirable. Benefits:

A salary of £45,000 - £55,000. Hybrid working arrangement with 2 days of work from home. Flexible working hours. Comprehensive benefits package, including pension and health plan.
