We have a very exciting opportunity for a Finance Business Partner working for a growing and dynamic organisation in Staffordshire. This is a fantastic option for a qualified Finance Business Partner to work for a large National organisation at the heart of the Finance operation.
Job Purpose
To implement, develop, and provide commercial financial analysis on KPIs giving data-driven insights to aid decision-making. Qualifications required ACCA/CIMA qualified Key Results Areas Provide FP&A finance support related to productivity, demand planning, reporting, and metrics. Identify and understand business challenges; propose and create solutions. Partner directly with the finance team to collaborate on metrics, goals, and business reviews. Dive deeply into financial data and become a subject matter expert to provide additional insights. Create presentations that provide insightful analysis, identify required action items, and effectively frame decisions to be made. Identify and research variances to forecast, budget, and prior-year expenses, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement. Develop and maintain effective relationships with teams at all levels of the organisation. Build and maintain the budgeting and forecasting model. Provide insights into business challenges through scenario modeling and ad hoc analysis. Additional Information Successful applicants will be subject to enhanced DBS checks.
