Be the keyfinance contact for the Property Services Directorate and StrategicAsset Management and provide expert financial support andadvice.
Lead on financial reporting andforecasting for Property Services and Asset Management
Lead the annual budgeting process for Property Servicesand Asset Management.
Provide in-depthanalysis to highlight trends and spot areas forimprovement.

Excellent communication skills to translate financialinfo for both finance and non-finance teams. Aproactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to thrive in afast-paced environment. Experience insupporting and providing investment appraisals isdesirable.
