Job Description Support with financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Assist in preparing monthly management accounts and financial performance reports. Provide financial analysis to stakeholders. Ensure compliance with financial policies and accounting standards. Support payroll reconciliation, VAT compliance, and insurance claims. Support audits, financial close-downs, and policy development. Provide training and guidance to finance staff. The Successful Applicant A successful Finance Business Partner should have: A degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. Experience in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting. Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in financial software. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information in an understandable manner. A commitment to the Not For Profit sector.
