Senior Finance Business Partner

to join its dynamic finance team. This role offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with senior stakeholders and drive strategic initiatives across multiple sites. Job Description As a Senior Finance Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in shaping financial processes and supporting decision-making at the executive level. Key responsibilities include: Partnering with project and commercial managers to enhance data accuracy and efficiency Providing insights through management information and financial analysis Leading budget reviews, cost management, and financial reporting for various projects Preparing quarterly project appraisals with variance analysis to budget and forecast Supporting budget holders in identifying savings and optimizing outputs Ensuring timely delivery of management accounts and meeting all reporting deadlines The Successful Applicant Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA)

with a minimum of five years of post-qualified experience Experience in finance business partnering, ideally within a complex or fast-paced industry Strong financial reporting, analytical, and strategic planning skills Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive commercial outcomes Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint Previous experience in construction or a similar industry would be beneficial What's on Offer The ideal candidate is a proactive and commercially aware finance professional who excels under pressure and is comfortable making critical business decisions.
