An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious professional to join a dynamic team as a Finance Business Partner. Reporting to the Finance Director, you will be mentored and supported to reach your full potential. Based on a rural estate, nestled within acres of stunning natural beauty on the north Norfolk coast, the estate is known for its diverse visitor and leisure businesses, which generate a significant portion of its income. It boasts a rich heritage, innovative approach, and commitment to sustainability and conservation.

Key Responsibilities: Produce accurate and meaningful management information to aid decision-making in land and property development. Reporting to the Finance Director and collaborating with the General Manager and operational heads on budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Develop annual operating budgets and five-year plans, aligning with the estate's long-term objectives. Ensure compliance with financial procedures and regulations, including procurement. Provide financial support and analysis for development projects, including detailed phased cash flows. Act as a 'critical friend' to challenge and ensure financial objectives are met.

Requirements: Qualified or Part-Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work undertaken. Experience in business partnering, budget preparation, and financial analysis. Ability to influence and negotiate with both internal and external stakeholders. Highly proficient in using standard accounts packages and Excel.
