Here's why you'll love this role...
Provide financial leadership, relevant insight and challenge in determining and delivering the strategic business direction. Maintain ongoing financial analysis (including budget versus actual analysis), and commentary that is clear, concise, and of sufficient quality to be presented to the Executive team for review. Develop relationships with members of the wider Commercial Finance function (to support Group FP&A processes) and with the Core Finance function to derive accurate, timely reporting. Provide forward-looking analysis (external market analysis/benchmarking/competitor analysis/predictive modelling) to identify issues and guide development.
Here's why you'll be great in this role...
You will be a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA or CIMA). Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial statements. Excellent communication skills with the confidence to discuss all aspects of finance with non-finance teams.
