Job Description Prepare accurate monthly management accounts and financial reports. Develop forecasts and budgets in collaboration with business unit managers. Ensure compliance with company finance policies and procedures. Analyse and scrutinise financial data for insights and process improvements. Oversee general finance duties, including invoicing and cash collection monitoring. Support new projects and contracts with financial advice and analysis. Collaborate with business unit managers to develop operational plans. Challenge and implement improvements to existing processes. The Successful Applicant Fully qualified ACCA or CIMA accountant. Technologically savvy with advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills; experience with Workday, BI, or Adaptive Insights is a bonus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail. Confident communicator with outstanding interpersonal skills to liaise effectively across the business. Proactive and inquisitive mindset with a drive to challenge and improve processes. Team player with the ability to work independently and provide clear financial insights.
