2025 will be another strong year for this team, contract wins, invest and expansion will see a further uptick in sales and market position. The Finance Business Partner, as part of the senior management team, will work closely with colleagues on a range of projects and improvement areas in addition to the set month reporting tasks. In order to be successful in this application you need to possess:

Significant experience in the production of monthly management accounts. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data. Proven experience in providing relevant information for commercial decision-making purposes. Drive and determination to work pro-actively, develop new ways of working, facilitate business and process improvements, and implement accordingly. Ability to understand complex commercial relationships and support all areas of the business in decision making. Previous experience with budgeting and forecasting processes. Demonstrated ability to effectively manage cross functional relationships. Excellent IT skills and knowledge of accounting software. What you will be involved with will include:

Manage and oversee all NI finance month end processes. Budgeting for NI – Feeding into UK Finance (UK FD and Head of Finance) Internal budgets to be established and monitored on a monthly basis with departmental managers. Forecasting in line with MUK requirements Finance process improvements and updates Monthly Gross Margin Reconciliation Business analysis – Revenue and Expenses Monitoring Excess Stock for possible financial impact and making recommendations Client Profitability across all clients and segments including Hospital, Retail, Wholesale and Home Delivery Making business recommendations for potential price increases Commercial input and pricing for tenders and new business

This is a big role, and although you do not need to be a qualified accountant, you will need 7+ years experience working in a busy finance office. Interested? Reach out for more - this is a career-defining role.
