About the Team: The finance team plays a pivotal role in steering our financial strategy and ensuring sustainable growth. We are dedicated to maintaining robust financial health, optimising profitability, and delivering exceptional value to our stakeholders. Our mission is to empower the company with accurate, timely, and insightful financial information to drive informed decision-making and strategic planning. About the Role: Assist in providing accurate and timely management reporting to assist business stakeholders. Oversee and coordinate the month-end process. Liaise with external auditors. Lead, manage and develop a small finance team. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Prepare and analyse monthly financial statements. Review accounting/business processes and practices and improve where necessary to ensure efficient financial operations. Candidate Requirements: Experience in a similar role within ecommerce, beauty tech or retail is essential. Minimum of 3 years post-qualified CIMA or ACCA experience. Previous experience supporting and assisting an audit process. Experience of managing a team and ability to motivate and lead a team. Detail-focused. Risk management. Ability to communicate across all levels via written and verbal means.
