Collaboration with the company leadership to set and track goals in alignment with broader company objectives. Preparation and delivery of weekly, monthly, and annual financial reports and KPIs across various departments. Budget management governance and team collaboration, fostering best practices in operations. Play a pivotal role in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for all aspects of the sites, including costs. Manage prepayments and inventory reconciliations. Support annual audits and ensure compliance. Manage and reconcile balance sheet; oversee Purchase & Sales Ledger. Management of fixed asset register. Oversee payroll and pensions. Credit control & debt management. Complete all HMRC returns including VAT and other statutory returns. Leadership and management of two team members. Qualifications:
Fully qualified accountant with at least 3 years’ experience - Preferred: ACCA, AAT (level 4), CIMA, ICAEW. Prior experience in a manufacturing setting in a similar finance role. Expertise in forecasting, budgeting, and ERP systems. Solid technical background. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Solid organisational skills. Able to use standard Microsoft Office packages: Word, Excel. A hands-on, can-do attitude with initiative to work well individually and in a team. What’s on Offer:
