The Finance Director will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy and driving the company's growth.

As Finance Director, you will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, ensuring compliance, and providing strategic insights to support decision-making. This is a fantastic opportunity for a high-quality finance professional looking to make a significant impact within a reputable organisation.

Responsibilities will include: Lead the financial planning and analysis processes to support business objectives. Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements. Develop and implement financial strategies to drive profitability and growth. Collaborate with senior management to provide financial insights and recommendations. Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling activities. Lead and develop the finance team.

Skills and Attributes: Significant experience in a senior finance role, ideally as a Finance Director. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders. Proven ability to lead and develop finance teams effectively. Willingness to be 'hands-on' and into the detail.

What's on offer: £90,000 - £100,000 (full-time equivalent) Benefits package to include bonus Part-time hours. Can be 3 full days or reduced hours over 5 days.
