Lead the way through financial audits; experience here is essential. Work closely with other teams to develop and execute the company's strategy, supporting both financial and business growth. Be hands-on with people management, mentoring and guiding team members who are growing in their financial careers. What you need:
Solid experience in finance leadership roles with international subsidiaries and turnovers in the tens of millions or more. Experience with financial audits, knowing the process and challenges. Excellent people management skills, excelling at guiding and mentoring a team. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, start-up-like environment. Willingness to roll up your sleeves and get involved in all aspects of the business. A sense of humor and the ability to maintain composure during busy times.
