// DESCRIPTION As our Finance Director, BULKHEAD expects that you are a focused individual able to confidently deliver timely and accurate financial information to both internal and external stakeholders. You will be capable of working with all our people across the studio and have the ability to build great relationships along the way. You will be confident and proactive in your role; you will be able to work independently with a high attention to detail and be able to prioritise your workload. It is expected that you can display a high level of professionalism whilst dealing with confidential information. // RESPONSIBILITIES Management accounting Tax and VAT Audit Banking Cash flow management Budgets Accounts payable and receivable Tech and processes Line management // REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE At least 5 years in a senior finance role Professional finance qualification – CIMA, ACA, ACCA or equivalent Line Management experience Solid working knowledge of Xero Strong analytical skills Ability to deal with complex accounting matters High level of accuracy and attention to detail Excellent communication skills Strong problem-solving ability // DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE - Experience and knowledge in the video game industry or strong willingness to learn what is involved to develop video games.
