Your new role
Seeking a dynamic and experienced Finance Director for a key client based in Doncaster. This role involves overseeing several business units with a combined turnover of approximately £55 million. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full financial performance, strategy, risk management, and ensuring sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the financial strategy and performance of multiple business units.
Oversee and ensure the timely and accurate delivery of management accounts, working closely with two management accountants.
Develop and implement financial strategies to drive growth and profitability.
Manage financial risks and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Provide insightful financial analysis and reports to support decision-making.
Collaborate with senior management to drive business objectives and performance.
What you'll need to succeed
Qualified finance professional (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or relevant experience.
Proven experience in line management and leading a finance function.
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Experience of managing financial performance and driving growth.
