We are recruiting a Finance Director for a well-established company based in Droitwich. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly experienced and qualified finance professional, with a manufacturing background, to step into a key leadership role. The successful candidate will have full responsibility for overseeing all financial operations and will play a central role in driving the company's financial strategy, operational efficiency, and business growth. Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the entire finance function, including financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, audit, payroll, VAT, and tax compliance. Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including sales and purchase ledger, costing, and the preparation of annual financial returns. Develop and implement financial strategies to drive performance, efficiency, and profitability across the business. Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, including Finance, IT, Purchasing, and Logistics, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Collaborate closely with senior leadership and other departments to provide strategic financial insights and ensure operational and financial goals are met. Take a hands-on approach when necessary to resolve issues and optimize processes within the finance function. Key Skills & Experience:

CIMA qualified (or equivalent), with a strong background in financial leadership. Significant experience in a financial operations role, ideally within a manufacturing or SME environment. Proven leadership capabilities with the ability to manage and inspire cross-functional teams. Strong strategic thinking, with the ability to provide actionable financial insights to senior management. A proactive, problem-solving mindset with hands-on experience in financial operations.
