RECfinancial is working with a Leicester based manufacturing business in their search to appoint a Finance Director.
The role will be based at the firm's head office which is commutable distance from all areas of Leicester / Leicestershire, Nottingham, Derby and Coventry / Warwickshire.
Reporting to the Managing Director, The Financial Director will take full ownership of the finance function for this very busy subsidiary which has a turnover of just under 20 million pounds per year.
The role has the responsibility of coaching, managing and developing the finance team who are responsible for all Management & Financial Accounting for the business.
The business is looking to hire a candidate who is keen to have an impact on the wider business by developing the finance team into a business function to be able to support the business in the next stages of its growth. Naturally you have an eye for process improvement and supporting the business to make key commercial decisions through insightful data lead analysis.
The business is part of a wider privately owned group of companies which has a turnover of just under 170 million pounds per year.
They are keen to hire a candidate who wants to be seen & heard in the business. It's likely that you will already be in either a Finance Director or Financial Controller type role.
The business will only consider candidates who are qualified in either the CIMA, ACCA or ACA qualification.

The role has a salary range of between £90,000 and £105,000 plus a generous benefits package including a bonus (Circa £30,000 per year) and a Tesla.
