Due to impressive growth this is a new role within the business and a prime opportunity for someone to go in and streamline the finance function. Responsible for overseeing all financial operations, providing strategic input to decision-making processes, and spearheading the company's ongoing expansion efforts.
The Role
The responsibilities of the Finance Director include:
Financial Strategy & Leadership, Planning & Reporting
Management of the Finance Team of 3
Implement & develop a new finance system & identify process improvement
Budgeting and forecasting
Ensure a robust financial control framework across the business
Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance metrics
About You:
Previous experience within a similar position
Great opportunity for a financial controller to step up
Overseeing new system implementation
Qualified ACCA or CIMA level
Strong interpersonal skills, ability to influence and work collaboratively with others
