The experience and skillset best suited to this role includes: Meet and over-achieve all financial performance indicators; Strategic and operational development of the company; Successful leadership to the finance department; Ensure transparency about the development of key performance indicators, risks and opportunities; Monitor performance with tracking, establish corrective measures as needed, and prepare detailed reports, both current and forecasting; Work with the senior management to develop budgets; Provide project finance information; Perform risk management and manage contracts, grant compliance. WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, mathematics or similar, and professional qualifications; Must understand financial management principles, such as accounting, budgeting, forecasting, treasury and financial analysis; Knowledge of HMRC and regulations; Strong leadership skills.
