Finance Director – Residential Development

Essex & East Anglia Our client is a well-established privately owned residential developer whose focus is across East Anglia and Essex, as well as running a few sites in the East Midlands. They are looking to recruit an experienced finance professional with a background in residential development or the wider living sector. The new appointee will work on developing the commercial financing aspects of the business, collaborating with non-finance heads of the organization and reporting to the board. The day-to-day running of the finance team is vital, with a demand from investors and shareholders for continuous improvement in reporting. The client has a strong pipeline of sites under construction, and the sales teams across the region are experiencing improved demand for their product range, which typically consists of 3–5-bedroom homes. This represents a good opportunity for a finance professional looking to step up into a Finance Director role or for an established Finance Director in residential development.
