Whole finance function, overseeing financial reporting and forecasting, AR, AP, compliance, and cashflow. Supporting the MD in setting and delivering business strategy. Monthly management accounts. Preparing the budget, driving improved profitability. Liaise with external accountants for annual financial statements. Present monthly financial report to the Board. Financial analysis, performance analysis, and variance analysis. Cashflow and liquidity, developing strategies to optimize. Stock-take. Financial risk evaluation. Manage team of 2.
