partner to the MD . Key Responsibilities: Financial Leadership:

Provide strategic financial leadership, ensuring financial integrity and driving operational excellence. Operational Excellence:

Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, treasury, controlling, audit, and financial reporting. ERP Implementation:

Lead the successful implementation of an ERP system and establish robust financial frameworks and processes. Strategic Decision Support:

Deliver insightful financial analysis, including competitor analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and operational analysis, to inform strategic and tactical decision-making at the Board level. M&A Integration:

Play a key role in the successful integration of future acquisitions. Financial Reporting:

Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with IFRS and Group accounting standards. Risk Management:

Maintain robust internal control systems and proactively identify and mitigate financial risks. Business Partnering:

Collaborate closely with other departments to develop and implement business case scenarios for new products, services, and channels. People Leadership:

Develop and mentor a high-performing finance team. Stakeholder Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including bankers, auditors, and legal advisors. Qualifications and Experience: Strong experience in manufacturing, services or long-term projects. Proven experience in senior finance roles within a dynamic and growing business environment. Experience in operating within a larger corporate group. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Strong leadership, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
