Key Responsibilities:
Lead financial decisions for a £20m organisation.
Manage financial systems and ensure statutory compliance.
Oversee the Finance Manager and Commercial Department.
Ensure financial integrity and governance.
Handle Company Secretary duties, including legal filings and board meetings.
Qualifications:
Qualified Accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA or equivalent).
Senior management experience in financial control and construction contracts.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
