We’re currently retained by a leading food manufacturing business who are looking to appoint a new Finance Director across the UK & Ireland.

As Finance Director, you will oversee all financial operations to ensure this highly profitable business remains on a strong financial footing. Reporting directly to the Group CFO, this is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in a dynamic and fast-paced company with a focus on manufacturing, project accounting, and team collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, manage and motivate the finance team (20+ heads), fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement. Oversee the financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes across the UK & Ireland. Monitor and manage cash flow, working capital and overall financial performance. Evaluate and manage financial risks across the Group. Support the Exec board on any strategic projects such as assessing potential M&A targets. Establish and maintain key external stakeholder relationships. This role would suit an established Divisional Finance Director, or experienced Financial Controller who is looking to take a step up in their career. A proven track record in a manufacturing environment is essential.
