Overseeing and controlling all aspects of the finance department Developing and implementing strategic plans in collaboration with the CEO Preparing annual budgets and monitoring performance against targets Undertaking company secretarial duties, including legal and regulatory compliance Building and maintaining relationships with shareholders, including reporting and raising investment when needed Driving profitability through improved margins and cost management Leading refinancing initiatives and preparing the business for future opportunities What you will need:

Previous experience in a similar role, such as Finance Director / Financial Controller / Director of Finance / Head of Finance / Finance Manager A proven background as a Finance Director in SMEs or a Financial Controller ready to step up A hands-on, change-driven approach with experience in operational and commercial decision-making A qualified accountant - ACA / ACCA / CIMA High-growth, private equity, or venture capital-backed experience is highly desirable Exceptional leadership skills and the ability to influence at all levels What you will get:
