THE ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

Key internal relationships:

Head of Finance, Sales, Activation and Operations Teams Key external relationships:

regional and national wholesale accounts teams, third party accountancy partners, event partners, audit partner Key responsibilities:

Commercial spend tracking:

work collaboratively with the Sales and Activation teams to track areas of spend across the team and ensure spend is categorised correctly for our management accounts. Credit control:

full ownership of credit control across all business channels, ensuring payment terms are met and that debt doesn't fall overdue. Customer investment:

support the Operations team by ensuring all customer investment is recorded correctly in our accounting system through raising the right invoices/credit notes. Payment processes:

ownership of our payments process, from running weekly payment runs to making sure all bank transactions are uploaded onto our accounting software. Performance dashboards:

support the On and Off Trade team with preparation of weekly and monthly sales dashboards to drive insights. Invoice reviews:

managing the invoice review process across the broader team to ensure we are being invoiced correctly by our suppliers, and securing credit notes where not. This is not an exhaustive list of duties and is subject to review in agreement with the postholder. PERSON SPECIFICATION Qualification:

2:1 or above degree (preferably in a relevant or analytical area such as Economics, Accounting, or Business, but not essential). Behaviour:
