As the Finance Gen AI Manager, you will play a key role in implementing the integration of AI-driven solutions within the finance function to enhance evaluative and planning capabilities. You will identify Gen AI use cases, explore market technologies, and collaborate with the Digital Technologies team to develop and scale Proof of Concepts (POCs) and Minimal Viable Products (MVPs). You will co-develop solutions with third-party vendors in a rapidly evolving space, combining financial expertise with a passion for AI innovation to transform financial reporting and support strategic decision-making as part of the company's growth strategy.
What are we looking for? Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or equivalent experience. Experience in FP&A, business partnering, and financial analysis. Proficient skills in predictive modelling, financial forecasting, and data analysis. Knowledge of AI, data analytics, and machine learning (Python, R) preferred. Excellent communication, presentation, and ability to assess digital solutions and technologies.
What will be your key responsibilities?
Identify and implement AI-driven automation and insights to enhance financial processes, including analysis, planning, and forecasting. Collaborate with finance, data science, and IT teams to integrate generative AI solutions into financial systems and processes. Stay updated on Gen AI technologies, working with the Digital Technologies team to evaluate and apply the best solutions for Mars. Oversee data governance to ensure the quality and accuracy of financial data for AI modelling. Steer adoption of AI tools within FP&A and align AI-driven insights with broader business objectives. In the first 12 months, enhance the Gen AI Proof of concepts done in Q4 2024, work on scaling and rolling out the solution across the segments and units globally, and innovate to expand and improve the capabilities of the solution.
