This is a great opportunity for a qualified Financial Controller to business partner with SLT, define a business strategy, and highlight areas for growth across their divisions.
Responsibilities:
As a Commercial Financial Controller, you will: Integrate small acquisitions in the global portfolio of companies. Be responsible for finance accounting, management, and statutory reporting of the acquired company. Lead the commercial financial model and business case of the acquired company. Ensure business and financial targets are met on time. Lead systems and process integration between the group and the acquired company. Lead weekly meetings between the group and the acquired company. Manage senior and a mix of stakeholders globally, internal and external. Requirements:
As a Commercial Financial Controller, you will need: Fully Qualified, ideally CIMA. Good stakeholder management skills. Previous experience dealing with mergers and acquisitions. Benefits:
