THE ROLE You will be a finance lawyer with a broad range of experience of lending transactions in particular Leveraged Finance, Project Finance, Funds, ESG and transition finance. You should have a demonstrable interest and ability in writing, and in-house experience in one or more financial institutions. You will be looking to join as a Senior Editor to use your specialist legal knowledge to provide and maintain a wide range of content. Working in a supportive global team of highly experienced colleagues, you will deal with a breadth of interesting cross-border legal and editorial work including: Analysing the latest developments, deciding which items to cover and to what extent. Creating new and maintaining existing materials spanning a variety of formats Commissioning, reviewing and editing content written internally and externally ABOUT YOU The successful candidate will have 5pqe+ as a finance lawyer in either a law firm, in-house or at the bar paired with a demonstrable interest and ability in writing You will interested in working on a hybrid basis and in a supportive, collegiate and flexible environment, with plenty of training, development and opportunities to explore new areas of law and practice.
