Lead Finance / Project Controls

will manage project budgeting, financial reporting, and cost controls to ensure projects are completed within budget and schedule. You will collaborate closely with project management, clients, and stakeholders to meet financial objectives and play a pivotal role in managing financial strategy and project controls for high-profile initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate cost analysis and prepare accurate project cost reports. Liaise with project management and clients on cost control matters. Conduct site visits to verify field cost reporting. Oversee project cash flow, financial reporting, and expenses. Assist with cost control, estimation, and audits. Create and maintain budget forecasts and periodic reports. Monitor project cash flow to ensure adherence to budget and schedule. Support implementation of financial controls and audits. Provide guidance to junior staff and review their work for accuracy. May have direct reports and contribute to team development. Job Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Finance

(Postgraduate in Business Administration, Finance is a plus). Proven

PMC

experience in financial controls and project budgeting. Strong background in

cost control ,

financial reporting , and

cash flow management

for large projects. Experience in

Oil & Gas ,

Energy , and

Environmental Restoration

sectors preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Proficiency in project management and financial software.
