  8. Support executive decision-making with financial analysis, assessing strategic initiatives, investment opportunities, and resource allocation to drive the company's growth objectives.

What you bring:

  1. ACCA certification (open to other certifications such as CIMA or CPA) and experience in managing finance teams in hardware-centric businesses like automotive, robotics, logistics, or manufacturing.
  2. Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, with expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling particularly in start-up or high-growth environments.
  3. Strong analytical skills, with a track record of preparing and analyzing financial reports to provide actionable insights.
  4. Expertise in cash flow management, ensuring adequate liquidity while optimizing working capital.
  5. In-depth knowledge of financial controls and compliance, with experience implementing internal controls to maintain financial accuracy and integrity.
  6. Familiarity with financial risk management strategies, including identifying and mitigating risks to protect company assets.

  8. Knowledge of tax planning and compliance, with experience in tax optimization and regulatory adherence.
  9. Strong business acumen, with the ability to provide strategic financial analysis and support to executive leadership.

What's in it for you:
