My well established client has asked me once again to help them in their recruitment process.
They are looking for a
seasoned interim Finance Manager
to help with a backlog of work which has built up after an exceptionally busy period for the business. You MUST have the ability to
hit the ground
running and be able to commit to at least a 3 month tenure. The client lies in the heart of a growing tech sector and you will be working with a
best in class
team. A brief of the job role includes: Supervising the monthly management account process, including commentary and analysis Preparing performance reports and improving the KPI dashboard Updating and monitoring financial budgets both at a summary and department-specific level to ensure managers can effectively monitor financial performance Appraising financial technologies and processes, liaising with the Head of Finance on where process improvements can be implemented Liaising with key stakeholders across the organisation on process and governance Management and supervision of 2 direct reports This is an urgent requirement and interviews are being held as early as later this week with a start before the end of July.
