The role is centred around managing a small team to deliver financial accounting and reporting. Job Description Overseeing daily financial operations within the company. Developing and implementing financial management, including budgeting and forecasting. Performing financial reporting. Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards. Managing and developing a dedicated finance team. Collaborating with other departments to streamline financial strategies. Participating in performance evaluation and setting challenging yet achievable financial objectives. Identifying opportunities for financial improvement and implementing new initiatives. The Successful Applicant A successful Finance Manager should have: Qualified accountant. Proven experience in a financial accounting role. Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes. Proficiency in using financial software and advanced Excel skills.
