SaFE Worker. Due to the external promotion of our Senior Finance Officer after a successful 12 years, we are looking to recruit a Finance Manager to join our friendly Finance Team. We are based in West London/Ealing. The position is to commence as soon as possible however we are willing to wait for the right candidate. This role is to work all year round, Monday to Friday from 8am to 4pm. Flexibility is required during peak periods. A generous holiday allowance will be given for leave to be taken during the school holidays. Salary is dependent on qualifications and experience. Skills & Experience needed: GCSE Grade B or above in Mathematics (or equivalent), A levels (or equivalent) and be at least part qualified ACCA or CIMA (candidates who do not hold such qualifications but have significant experience will be considered) Experience in a Finance setting, and skilled in analysing numerical data along with an accurate and methodical approach to work Excellent ICT & communication skills is a must, as well being a pro-active self-starter with strong organisational and admin skills High standards of customer service, flexibility and trustworthiness Experience of a finance setting in an educational environment is desirable, as is payroll experience Exposure to iTrent for payroll would be very advantageous What we have to offer you: An Ofsted ‘Good’ school and an exciting place to work The chance to work with exceptionally committed colleagues in a welcoming school in West London/Ealing where staff feel valued Employer’s pension contribution of over 19%, free on-site parking, subsidised meals and family friendly policies including dependents entitlement Regular nominated staff rewards and free breakfasts are also welcomed by staff.
