The Role: As Finance Manager, you will oversee the financial health of the company, manage financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes, and provide strategic insights to senior management. This is a hands-on, in-office role that will require excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments. Key Responsibilities: Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Develop and manage budgets, ensuring alignment with business goals. Monitor cash flow, profitability, and key financial metrics. Provide financial analysis and forecasting to support business decisions. Manage accounting functions including ledgers, accounts payable, and receivable. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Liaise with auditors and support the annual audit process. Provide leadership to a small finance team and foster a collaborative work environment.
