This is a hands-on role, with responsibility and accountability for:

Producing accurate and timely weekly, monthly, and annual management and financial accounting reports and forecasts. Incorporating review and analysis of variances to forecast & budget, and reporting to management on areas that require attention and need to be addressed to improve the future performance of the business. Responsible for all accounting and transactions.

Essential requirements: AAT qualified, or part qualified Accountant (ACCA/CIMA) experience will also be considered. Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, vlookup, etc. Excellent knowledge of Xero. High attention to detail and works very accurately. Good communicator. Able to work to deadlines in an organised and timely fashion. Can conduct meetings with people at all levels of the organization. Able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others.

Desirable requirements: Experience of working in the events industry. Xero Certified.
