Job Description
Oversee all financial operations within the department.
Prepare and present financial reports and budgets.
Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and standards.
Implement efficient financial management strategies.
Oversee management accounts.
Budgeting and forecasting.
Collaborate with other departmental heads on financial matters.
Participate in decision-making processes regarding financial strategies.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Manager should have:
A degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
Qualified - ACA, ACCA, CIMA.
Significant experience in a similar role within the business services industry.
Proficiency in financial software systems.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong leadership abilities.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
