Finance Manager
We are recruiting for a Finance Manager position on a full-time, 15-month temporary contract basis. This role will be based in our Bristol office and will report to the Regional Financial Controller. The purpose of this role is to provide financial oversight on a daily basis to all projects within specific regions. The role is primarily one of professional oversight, including setting budgets, forecasts, and management of project cash flows. The role will require knowledge of and adherence to the Group's operations manual and understanding of the Group's risk methodology.
Finance Manager Responsibilities Finalisation of monthly and quarterly reporting packs (project and consolidated regional reports) for the regional finance controller from the BOBJ environment. Deliver reports to the Group timetable. Maintain an up-to-date analysis of all Regional non-cash related Provisions, Accruals, Prepayments, and Income Deferral adjustments. Provide actualised project cash flow updates to the modelling team each month/quarter together with required working capital analysis. Track and report on active variations and deductions for the region. Organise period catch-ups with the region's SPV team to discuss active operating and finance issues. Provide analysis of all non-routine and routine journal adjustments to the Assistant Finance Controller once a quarter. Finance Manager Requirements
