In this role, you will: Lead and develop the Finance team to deliver robust financial control and high-quality information for strategic decision-making Build strong partnerships across teams to promote effective communication, collaboration, and teamwork Manage the financial aspects of multiple projects and contracts Drive business planning, performance measurement, and continuous improvement of finance operations Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with senior leaders to shape financial strategies and ensure alignment with organisational goals Provide insights into monthly financial performance and risk narratives, working with internal stakeholders to achieve the highest standards Ensure the accuracy of financial reporting and forecasting Champion a culture of financial partnership with operational teams, strengthening financial controls across all levels What We're Looking For:

Experienced finance professionals, adept at managing complex project accounting and stakeholder engagement Skilled in fostering a high-performing finance team, with proven abilities to influence, support, and challenge to achieve organisational priorities Qualified individuals with a CCAB or international accounting qualification (ACA, CIMA, ACCA), ready to make a difference Why Apply?
