The Finance Manager with a focus on UK and Ireland will take on responsibility for delivery of aspects of financial control, internal process and financial reporting. The holder will be hands-on in their management, ensuring delivery as required by the monthly cycle and external requirements, alongside supporting improvements and efficiencies in the month-end processes and ways of working. The role will involve several process improvement and transformation activities as the finance function delivers on its transformation programme. You.. Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA). Proven ability to deliver monthly financial reporting. Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills. Results driven with the ability to deliver to tight deadlines in a fast-paced business. Strong IT skills; with "large" finance system experience. Finance transformation and change experience preferable. The ability to deliver change and improvement within a finance function. What's in it for you..
