Job Summary
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in financial services, with a proven track record in leadership and financial management. This role is crucial for driving financial planning, maintaining accurate financial accounting, and ensuring robust cost control measures are in place. Responsibilities
Sales and purchase ledger. Accurate and timely completion of all Month-End Accounts (P&L Balance Sheet). Agree intercompany balances with relevant counterparties within the group. Oversee Sales Ledger, Purchase Ledger and Cashbook. Process Bank Payments/Bank Reconciliations. Prepare Timesheet data for Monthly Payroll. Review & Submission of Statutory Returns (VAT, Tax etc.). Manage Forecast and Budget Submissions. Liaise with External Auditors. Co2e Reporting. General Office Duties. Skills
Strong knowledge of financial services principles and practices. Proven leadership abilities with experience in managing teams effectively. Expertise in financial management and accounting practices. Proficient in accounts payable processes and cost control methodologies. Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail in financial planning. Strong communication skills to convey complex financial information clearly to stakeholders. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy. Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm (2pm finish on Fridays) Salary - £32,000 - £34,000.
