International FMCG & Retail Business Progression Opportunities About Our Client The Finance Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing and managing the financial operations and running an efficient finance function. The role is based in Chiswick, West London with hybrid working offered. Job Description The Finance Manager will oversee and manage financial operations while ensuring an efficient finance function. The key responsibilities include: Budgeting and Forecasting:

Support budgeting and forecasting processes. Statements of Account (SOA):

Manage all statements of accounts and payment follow-ups. Financial Planning and Analysis:

Analyze the financial impact of promotions and offers, develop and implement financial strategies, analyze financial data, and prepare reports and forecasts. Track and manage fixed assets. Reconciliation:

Reconcile all daily retail sales collections, vendor reconciliations, and process payments. Maintain accurate inventory journals and stock reconciliations, oversee cash and bank payments, receipts, and reconciliations, and perform intercompany reconciliations. Stakeholder Communication:

Liaise with internal, external, and tax auditors. Inventory Journals:

Create and post daily inventory journals, oversee month-end inventory journals, stock counts, and closing processes. Process inventory and expense invoices (Accounts Payable) and oversee payroll control and journal postings, managing provisions, prepayments, and related journal entries. Cash Flow Management:

Oversee cash flow projections, manage daily cash balances, and ensure liquidity. Ensure accuracy of vendor, customer, and product master data. The Successful Applicant Experience in a similar role is desirable. Experience in the FMCG sector is desirable but not essential. Delivery of accurate weekly & monthly KPI reports. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Analytical with problem-solving skills. Ability to deliver on deadlines with accuracy. Proficient IT knowledge/skills, particularly in Excel. Attention to detail and ability to follow tasks to the highest standard. Highly self-motivated individual with a 'can do' attitude. Attentive, inquisitive, result-oriented, organized, and proactive. Approachable and enthusiastic. What's on Offer Salary: £60,000 10% Bonus Private Healthcare 25 days holiday Pension Income Protection Life Assurance Hybrid Working: 3 days in office and 2 from home.
