Finance Manager / Management Accountant
Annual Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 Per Annum (Dependent on experience) Location: Colchester, CO3 Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Join our client as a Finance Manager / Management Accountant, where you will work closely with the CFO to manage financial operations and contribute to our financial health. This role is based in our studios in Stanway and offers a dynamic work environment with a range of financial responsibilities. Day-to-day of the role:
Full preparation of management and year-end accounts packs, including supporting schedules and reconciliations. Collaborate with the commercial team to raise quotes/invoices and track work completion. Manage cash forecasting and debt collection, including payment run collation. Oversee the supplier process, including invoice authorisations and payments. Handle VAT return submissions and reconciliations. Assist with the year-end budget process across the group, focusing on P&L, balance sheet, cashflows, and KPIs. Perform other duties as required to support the CFO and finance team. Required Skills & Qualifications:
QBE or Qualified ACA/ACCA. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Self-motivated and able to demonstrate initiative. Strong Excel skills, including pivots and IF functions. Previous experience with Sage. Must be eligible to work in the UK (visa sponsorship not available). Benefits:
