The role: The Commercial Finance Manager will play a critical role in driving the financial performance of the business. This position is responsible for providing financial insights and analysis in order to support strategic decision making and managing the commercial budgeting and forecasting processes. Working closely with the Finance Director to: Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic initiatives and business growth Lead and develop a team of two commercial management accountants, providing guidance and performance feedback. Prepare and present detailed financial analysis, reports and forecasts to the Leadership Team Support and challenge the sales teams to drive strong financial performance, maximising our margins and avoiding egg downgrade costs (cascade, clearance) Analysis of Industry metrics to highlight risks and opportunities for Noble Lead the annual budgeting process for sales and marketing, working closely with the Commercial Director and Sales and Marketing teams You: Recognised accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) Previous PQE experience. Proven experience in a commercial finance role, with a track record of driving financial performance and supporting strategic decision making. Ideally Food manufacturing experience.
