Finance Manager (Commercial Property) Potential Equity Newport (Onsite) £50,000 to £60,000 + Potential Equity + Pension + 22 Holiday Days + Company Benefits Are you a Finance Manager with business services or industry experience who wants the opportunity to report directly into the Managing Director, be part of a growing business and potentially have the opportunity to be an equity shareholder in the business? On offer is the opportunity to join this entrepreneurial, fast-growing business that is a leader in its sector, has been operating for over 20 years and increased their sites by over 25% in the last couple of years. In this role, you will be hands-on and have full control of the finance function, managing and leading three accountants, managing the full P&L including the management accounts, month-end reporting, overseeing the control of assets and cash management for the full business, while assisting the Managing Director in assessing future growth opportunities. THE ROLE: Oversee the P&L Prepare Management Accounting and Month End reports Manage and lead three accountants Report into and aid the Managing Director THE PERSON: CIMA, ACA, or ACCA part qualified or qualified Business services in practice or industry experience Team Management Passion to drive performance of the business Commutable to Newport Key Words:
