Finance Manager
We are recruiting for a highly skilled and motivated Finance Manager to join the finance team of a leading employer. This is a newly created role, it is full time, permanent and based in Craigavon. This role involves overseeing end-to-end finance tasks, financial planning and analysis, balance sheet reconciliations, and providing expert advice to the Financial Controller and SMT. On a day-to-day basis, you will also supervise the Accounts Department team members, ensuring all tasks are performed to the highest standard. The Finance Manager will be responsible for:
Prepare monthly management accounts and present key findings to the leadership team. Ensure compliance with all statutory reporting requirements. Assisting with year-end accounts preparation. Providing information and assistance to the group’s auditors. Ensuring compliance with both UK and Republic of Ireland financial and legislative requirements. Continual improvement of processes and controls. What you need to have for the Finance Manager position:
A recognised accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA). 2 years’ experience in a finance related role. Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and influence others. Deliver accurate year-end accounts and liaise with external auditors as required. Ensure compliance with all statutory reporting requirements.
