In the Finance Manager role, you will: Collaborate with the CEO to develop and manage the company’s financial strategy Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management to ensure financial stability Ensure compliance with financial regulations and produce timely statutory accounts Perform profitability analysis by product and customer to identify opportunities and risks Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering professional development and growth To be successful in the Finance Manager role, you will need: Proven experience in a Financial Controller, Finance Manager, or equivalent role Professional accountancy qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or equivalent experience Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of the business IT and Accounting system experience including Xero A proactive, adaptable approach with strong analytical, project management and problem-solving skills This is a temporary opportunity initially with a potential to go permanent for the right person. You'll receive a competitive salary plus benefits depending on skills and experience. This is an office-based role in the Denbigh region, working full-time hours, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
