This is an exciting opportunity to join a Global Consultancy firm, going through continuous growth, as a Finance Manager / Business Partner. The objective of the role is to drive the performance of the division, ensure the delivery of its targets (profit, cash, budget etc.) and to partner with key stakeholders, sharing key information to make decisions.
Your new role Producing divisional management accounts Analysing key factors (costs, fees, margins etc.) and performance vs business objectives Providing commentary on key trends/variations to target or forecast for each division Providing reports and information to stakeholders, attending monthly meetings and making recommendations Managing monthly accrued revenue and debtor reviews with different sites Supporting the production of forecasts and annual models Assisting in ensuring the division complies with the regulatory framework Assisting local offices to resolve issues/queries Supporting the training and development of the team
What you'll need to succeed Ideally qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA, or an active studier Management Accounting experience Team management is beneficial Excellent communication skills Strong attention to detail
