Responsibilities:
Full production of Monthly Management Accounts and presentation to Head of Finance with commentary. Prepare detailed financial budgets, leading conversations with department heads and presenting Group business plans to the Leadership team. Manage the Groups audit ensuring completion in a timely & efficient manner. Maintain Cash Flow forecasting models with oversight of all online banking facilities. Provide variance analysis vs forecast spend and gain investor approvals. Lead and develop an existing team of two: an Assistant Management Accountant and an Accounts Administrator (no previous experience needed). Establish and maintain strong, effective working relationships with other business functions and key external stakeholders. Qualifications:
Qualified or nearly Qualified Accountant ACA/ACCA/CIMA. Experience in a semi/senior finance role, with strong analytical skills. High degree of software skills, including Accounting/Finance systems, advanced MS Excel. Bright, capable, and enthusiastic. Possessing ambition, determination, energy, and tenacity. Highly driven and results orientated.
